How do I connect to my server?
The connection method depends on your OS: SSH for Linux, Remote Desktop (RDP) for Windows.
How do I reset a lost password?
Start the Rescue Mode in the PowerPanel and reset the root or Administrator password from there.
How do I reinstall my OS?
You can reinstall the OS at any time via the PowerPanel. This erases all data, so back up first.
How do I reboot my server?
Learn the difference between a clean reboot from the OS and a forced reboot via the PowerPanel.
How do I configure an additional IP?
After ordering an additional IP, you must configure it within your server's operating system.
How do I transfer my domain?
