Please Note: Pterodactyl Support

Our servers are self-managed. This means our support covers the hardware and network connectivity of your server. For assistance with the configuration and use of the Pterodactyl Panel itself, please refer to the official Pterodactyl resources.

Pterodactyl is a powerful, open-source game server management panel that allows you to easily manage your game servers via a user-friendly web interface. Our operating system templates with pre-installed Pterodactyl provide you with a ready-to-use platform for hosting a wide variety of games.

This section will guide you through the initial setup and common administrative tasks.

Pterodactyl uses several key concepts to organize servers:

  • Panel: This is the primary web-based interface through which you manage everything.
  • Node: A Node is the physical dedicated server that runs the game server instances. You must first configure your server as a Node.
  • Nests & Eggs: Nests are categories for games (e.g., "Minecraft", "Valheim"), and Eggs are the specific server configurations within that Nest (e.g., "Paper", "BungeeCord").
  • Servers: These are the actual game server instances where your users will play.
