DNS Settings

The PowerPanel gives you full control over the DNS configuration of your domains — from individual records to Reverse DNS settings for your IP addresses.

What can you manage here?

DNS stands for Domain Name System — the system that translates domain names into IP addresses, forming the foundation for reachable websites, working emails, and many other services. In the PowerPanel, you can directly manage two areas of DNS configuration:

DNS Records

Define where your domain points, which mail server is responsible, and much more. You can manage records of type A, CNAME, MX, NS, SRV, and TXT.

Reverse DNS (rDNS)

Assign a hostname to your IP addresses. Especially important for mail servers — without a valid rDNS record, outgoing emails often end up in spam.

How do I access the DNS settings?

All DNS functions are grouped under a single menu item in the PowerPanel:

1.Log in to your PowerPanel
2.Navigate to Network → Nameservers
3.Select your domain to manage DNS records — or switch to the Reverse DNS tab for rDNS settings

DNS changes do not take effect immediately. Depending on the TTL value of the record, worldwide propagation can take up to 48 hours. Plan any changes in advance where possible.
