Account Administration in the PowerPanel

The Administration section of the PowerPanel is your central hub for managing all account-related information. Here, you can update your personal data, view contracts and invoices, manage support tickets, and change your login credentials.


News

This section is used for important announcements and information from Server4You.


Customer Data

This area contains several tabs to manage your personal and payment information:

  • General Contact Data: Update your address, contact details, and primary payment method.
  • Credit Card: Add or update your credit card information.
  • Paypal: Manage your PayPal details for payments.
  • Contact Preferences: Choose the types of information you wish to receive from us and by which method (e.g., email).

Contract Data

Here you get an overview of all your active contracts, including the next billing date and the earliest cancellation date. You also have the option to cancel your contract directly from this page if needed.


Edit Login Data

In this section, you can change your PowerPanel login password and other contact details.

Password Requirements:
Your password must be between 8 and 200 characters long and contain a combination of letters and digits. Special characters and whitespaces are allowed, but you cannot use >, <, ", or &.


Invoices

This section is split into two tabs for managing your invoices:

  • Open Invoices: Here you will find an overview of all open invoices. You can download a PDF of any invoice by clicking the corresponding icon. For unpaid invoices, we offer an option to initiate another payment attempt. If the PDF icon is inactive, please contact our accounting department via a support ticket to request a copy.
  • Closed Invoices: This tab provides a history of all paid invoices and credit notes. Please note that this display is updated every 24 hours, and payments made via bank transfer may take up to 14 business days to process and appear here.

24/7 E-Mail Support

This is your direct line to our support team. The area is organized into three tabs:

  • Open Tickets: View all of your currently open support requests.
  • Closed Tickets: Access the history of your completed support tickets.
  • New Ticket: Create a new support ticket and direct it to the appropriate department.

E-Mail History

In this section, you can review all automated and informational emails that have been sent from us to your registered email address.
