Getting Started with cPanel
If you have installed an operating system with cPanel, this guide will help you with your initial login. cPanel includes WHM (Web Host Manager) for server administration.
Your Initial Login Credentials
To log into the WHM interface (Web Host Manager) for the first time, use the server's root credentials:
Username
root
Password
The password you set in the PowerPanel during the OS selection process.
Accessing WHM (Web Host Manager)
As the server administrator, you will manage your server through WHM. This interface operates on port 2087 by default:
Option A: Via IP Address
https://[your-server-ip]:2087
Option B: Via Hostname
https://[your-hostname]:2087
Security Note: cPanel/WHM uses self-signed certificates initially. Your browser will show a warning. Select "Advanced" and proceed to the site to access the login page.

If you encounter any issues accessing WHM after a fresh installation, please open a support ticket in your PowerPanel.
