Before you can perform any backups, the Acronis Backup Agent must be installed on your server. The agent will automatically register your server with the Acronis Backup Management Console as soon as it is installed.
For Linux, the easiest method is to use the provided bash script, which simplifies the process. This script will work on Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, AlmaLinux, and Cloud Linux OS.
Log into your server as the root user via SSH and run the following commands:
